We had a rockin New Year's Eve party for 2. To start our Southern celebration, we ate Texas BBQ as our last meal of the year, compliments of Rudy's. Then we wheeled over to Discovery Green park to check out the exhibits, ice skating rink, and air balloon. We watched a movie at home until the big countdown then ran outside...and it was silent. Bummer.

We should have traded. I was hoping for some silence, but I got about an hour's worth of solid fireworks.
