A few months ago a well-meaning acquaintance, with significantly more children than myself, mentioned that having just one child is like having an accessory. If that's the case check out my darling (but angry-looking) accessory:
Sometimes I wear him on my back to jazz it up when we're hiking in the forest. Occasionally I'll don him on my backside when I need to do something hands-free (like take photos). I like the look, especially when (added-bonus!) Elmo comes along too!

awesome post...excellent accessory!
Kalina, I loved my one-child days. Not that I don't want my other 2 kids, but just that I just thoroughly enjoyed every day when Levi was this age. It is so much fun, so don't worry about what anyone says, and just live it up. My sister always says things to me like, "Oh, well with more kids..." "Or you won't be able to do that when your kids are in school..." It kind of bugs. So what? It works now. I'm happy now. Why dread the future? PS The future isn't bad. It's fun to add more little personalities to the mix. Just a little hard to juggle is all.
