WIP

This is my latest work in progress:


Last Sunday I snuck downstairs while Steve was napping to surprise him with cinnamon rolls.  Coincidentally, that was also what my sweet tooth was most interested in that day!  Do I know how to make cinnamon rolls?  Being the antithesis of a baking goddess that I am, NO, but I'm learning that few things--including lack of knowledge--can stand in the way of a pregnant lady and food making wonderful treats for her husband.  I used the Lion House Cinnamon Roll recipe and the first batch were deformed blobs (see above).  The second batch I made later in the week were much improved.  Pretty soon I'm going to be better at making these than anyone else in my house.

I actually don't think the first batch looks bad...but I am pregnant and always hungry.

They were delicious! Too bad we can't smell them.

I was always craving powered sugar donuts when I was pregnant.
